Hi! I am Geri. In my past life not too long ago, we probably loved the same food. I loved brats, cheeses, ice creams, bread, pastries etc. I too didn’t think I could give them up but here I am now – at my high school weight and a lot healthier than when I was in college yet still eating the food I love. Most of the information here are adapted from Dr. Furhman’s  and Dr. Greger’s books and website. Dr. Furhman is know for his books Eat To Live. His other books are Super Immunity, Disease Proof Your Kids,  The End Of Heart Disease, The End Of Dieting. I have read them all because all the information are addicitng.
